Protein-Packed Breakfast Burrito
A filling and high-protein breakfast burrito to start the day right.
Ingredients
- 4 oz (113g) Lean Ground Beef
- 1 Corn Tortilla
- 2 Large White Eggs
- 1/4 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 1/4 medium, diced Onion
- 2 tbsp Salsa
- 1 tsp Avocado Oil
- 1/4 tsp Chili Powder
- 1/4 tsp Cumin
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black Pepper
Instructions
- Heat avocado oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add ground beef and diced onion, cook until beef is browned, drain excess fat, season with chili powder, cumin, salt and pepper.
- Scramble eggs in a separate bowl and season with salt and pepper.
- Pour eggs into the skillet and cook until set.
- Warm the corn tortilla.
- Fill the tortilla with the beef and egg mixture, shredded cheese, and salsa.
- Wrap tightly and serve immediately.
