  1. Heat avocado oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add ground beef and diced onion, cook until beef is browned, drain excess fat, season with chili powder, cumin, salt and pepper.
  3. Scramble eggs in a separate bowl and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Pour eggs into the skillet and cook until set.
  5. Warm the corn tortilla.
  6. Fill the tortilla with the beef and egg mixture, shredded cheese, and salsa.
  7. Wrap tightly and serve immediately.
