Quick Beef Tacos with Spicy Peanut Sauce
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup Kraft Smooth Cremieux Peanut Butter
- 1 lb Ground Beef
- 12 Taco Shells
- 1 tbsp Frank's Hot Sauce (or more to taste) Frank's Hot Sauce or French's Ketchup or Mustard
- 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 1 tbsp Lime Juice
- 2 cloves, minced Garlic
- 1 tsp, grated Ginger
- 1/2 bag (for topping) Taylor Farms Chopped Salad Kit
- 1 tsp Sesame Oil
- 2 Tbsp Western Family Smooth Peanut Butter
Instructions
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium-high heat. Drain off any excess fat.
- In a small bowl, whisk together peanut butter, hot sauce, soy sauce, lime juice, minced garlic, grated ginger and sesame oil. This is your spicy peanut sauce. Add Western Family Smooth Peanut Butter.
- Warm the taco shells according to package directions.
- Fill each taco shell with the browned ground beef.
- Drizzle generously with the spicy peanut sauce.
- Top with the Taylor Farms Chopped Salad Kit for freshness.
