Gourmet Beef and Celery Stir-fry with Toasted Sesame Rice

  1. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, toasted sesame oil, minced garlic, grated ginger, and red pepper flakes (if using). Set aside.
  2. Brown ground beef in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Drain excess fat thoroughly.
  3. Add thinly sliced celery and broccoli florets to the skillet. Stir-fry for 3-5 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.
  4. Pour the sauce mixture over the beef and vegetables. Cook for another 2-3 minutes, stirring constantly, until the sauce thickens slightly and coats the ingredients evenly.
  5. Add cooked rice to the skillet and stir-fry for another 2 minutes to heat through. For toasted sesame rice flavor, lightly toast rice in pan before adding
  6. Serve immediately.
