Egg and Potato Hash with Ham
A rustic breakfast hash with potatoes, onions, and ham, topped with a fried egg.
Ingredients
- 1.5 cup diced Mixed Mini Potatoes
- 1/4 medium, diced Yellow Onions
- 3 slices diced Sliced Deli Ham
- 3 large Eggs
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1/8 tsp Salt
- 1/8 tsp Black pepper
- 1/4 tsp Paprika
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add potatoes and onions, cook until potatoes are tender and browned.
- Add diced ham and cook for another 5 minutes.
- Fry eggs in a separate pan to your liking.
- Serve potato hash topped with a fried egg.
- Season with salt, pepper, and paprika to taste.
