Venison & Salsa Lettuce Wraps
Ingredients
- 1/2 kg Ground Venison
- 1/2 cup Organic Salsa
- 1 head Lettuce Leaves
- 1 tbsp Lime Juice
- 1/4 cup, chopped Cilantro
- 1 tsp Olive Oil
- to taste Salt and Pepper
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan.
- Add ground venison and cook until browned, drain any excess fat.
- Stir in salsa and lime juice, simmer for 5 minutes.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Spoon the venison mixture into lettuce leaves.
- Garnish with chopped cilantro and serve.
