High-Protein Chicken and Rice Bowl
Ingredients
- 1 lb Maple Leaf Prime Chicken Breast
- 1 cup cooked Western Family Jasmine Rice
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp grated Ginger
- 2 cloves minced Garlic
- 1 tsp Sesame oil
- 2 tbsp Green onions, chopped
- 1 tsp Sesame seeds
Instructions
- Cook Western Family Jasmine Rice according to package instructions.
- Cut Maple Leaf Prime Chicken Breast into bite-sized pieces.
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, grated ginger, minced garlic, and sesame oil.
- Marinate chicken in the mixture for at least 15 minutes.
- Heat a pan or wok, and stir-fry the chicken until cooked through.
- Serve rice in a bowl, top with stir-fried chicken, and garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds.
