American-Style Potato & Tomato Hash with Smoked Paprika
A hearty potato and tomato hash with a touch of sweetness from honey and enhanced with smoked paprika and Worcestershire sauce.
Ingredients
- 1 medium, diced into 1/2-inch cubes Potatoes
- 1 medium, diced Tomatoes
- 1 tsp Honey
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 1/4 medium, diced Onion
- 1/2 tsp Smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce (vegan)
- to taste Salt
- to taste Pepper
Instructions
- Dice potatoes and onion into small pieces.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add onion and cook until softened.
- Add potatoes to the skillet and cook until they start to brown, about 8-10 minutes.
- Add tomatoes and cook for another 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Stir in honey, smoked paprika, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Cook for another 2 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld.
- Serve hot.
