Shrimp & Avocado Salad with Lime Dressing

Ingredients
- 1 pound, cooked, peeled and deveined Shrimp
- 2 medium, diced Avocado
- 1/4 cup, thinly sliced Red Onion
- 2 tablespoons, chopped Cilantro
- 3 tablespoons, fresh Lime Juice
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1/4 teaspoon Salt-Free Chili Powder
- 1/4 teaspoon Cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon Smoked Paprika
Instructions
- Ensure shrimp is properly cooked and cooled before starting.
- In a large bowl, combine cooked shrimp, diced avocado, and thinly sliced red onion.
- In a small bowl, whisk together lime juice, olive oil, salt-free chili powder, cumin, smoked paprika and chopped cilantro.
- Pour dressing over the shrimp and avocado mixture and gently toss to combine.
- Serve immediately or chill for later.
