  2. Add garlic and mushrooms, cook until softened and lightly browned, about 5 minutes. Stir occasionally.
  3. Add spinach and cook until wilted, about 2 minutes.
  4. Whisk eggs in a bowl with black pepper and fresh basil.
  5. Pour egg mixture into the pan over the vegetables. Sprinkle with Italian herb blend.
  6. Gently push the cooked egg from the edges towards the center, allowing uncooked egg to flow underneath. Continue until eggs are mostly set but still slightly moist.
  7. Remove from heat and serve immediately.
