  1. If using saffron, soak a few strands in 1 tablespoon of warm milk for about 5-10 minutes to extract the color and flavor.
  2. In a bowl, whisk yogurt until smooth. Add cardamom powder and sugar (if using). Mix well.
  3. If using, gently stir the saffron-infused milk into the yogurt mixture, creating a beautiful marbling effect.
  4. Crumble the Suji Rusk into small pieces.
  5. In serving glasses or bowls, layer yogurt mixture, rusk crumble, chopped nuts, and sliced oranges. Repeat the layers as desired.
  6. Garnish with extra chopped nuts or a sprinkle of cardamom powder. Serve immediately or chill for later.
