Cheesy Pasta Frittata Bites
Individual frittatas baked with leftover pasta, sauce, and cheese for a fun and easy breakfast.
Ingredients
- 2 cups Leftover cooked pasta
- 1/2 cup Leftover pasta sauce
- 3 slices, chopped Natural Cheese Slices
- 1 cup Liquid Egg Whites
- 1/2 cup, chopped Spinach
- 1/4 tsp Onion Powder
- 1/4 tsp Garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp Dried oregano
- to taste Salt and Pepper
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a muffin tin with olive oil.
- In a bowl, combine cooked pasta, pasta sauce, cheese, egg whites, spinach, onion powder, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Spoon mixture into the muffin tin, filling each cup about 3/4 full.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and the egg is set. A toothpick inserted into the center should come out clean.
- Let cool slightly in the tin before removing. Serve warm.
