  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a muffin tin with olive oil.
  2. In a bowl, combine cooked pasta, pasta sauce, cheese, egg whites, spinach, onion powder, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spoon mixture into the muffin tin, filling each cup about 3/4 full.
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and the egg is set. A toothpick inserted into the center should come out clean.
  5. Let cool slightly in the tin before removing. Serve warm.
