Oatmeal with Peanut Cashew Butter and Mixed Nuts
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Organic Gluten-Free Oats
- 2 tbsp Peanut Cashew Butter
- 1/4 cup Mixed Nuts
- 1 cup Unsweetened Almond Beverages
- 1 tbsp Chia Seeds
- 1/4 tsp Cinnamon
Instructions
- In a saucepan, combine oats and almond beverage. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 5-7 minutes, or until oats are cooked.
- Stir in cinnamon and chia seeds. Transfer to a bowl.
- Top with Peanut Cashew Butter and Mixed Nuts.
