Canadian Bacon & Egg Breakfast Sandwich
A protein-packed breakfast sandwich featuring bacon, egg, and cheese on whole wheat bread.
Ingredients
- 4 slices Bacon
- 2 large Eggs
- 4 slices Whole Wheat Bread
- 1/4 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 1 tbsp Butter
- Pinch Salt
- Pinch Black Pepper
Instructions
- Cook bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Drain on paper towels.
- In the same skillet, melt butter over medium-low heat. Crack eggs into the skillet and cook to your liking (about 3-5 minutes for over-easy). Season with salt and pepper.
- Lightly toast bread slices.
- Assemble the sandwich: bread, cheese, bacon, egg, and another slice of bread.
- Serve immediately.
