Pork Chop with Kettle Chip Crumble

Ingredients
- 1 chop (about 200g) Pork Chops
- 1/2 bag (100g) Kettle Potato Chips
- 1 Egg
- 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1/4 tsp Paprika
- to taste Salt
- to taste Pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Crush Kettle Potato Chips into fine crumbs. Mix with garlic powder and paprika.
- Whisk egg in a shallow dish.
- Dip each pork chop in the egg, then dredge in the crushed potato chip mixture, pressing to adhere.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Place pork chops on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 20 minutes, or until cooked through and internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
- Let rest for a few minutes before serving.
