Italian Deli Meat and Cheese Lettuce Wraps with Pesto
Gluten-free lettuce wraps with a vibrant mix of Italian deli meats, cheeses, and a fresh pesto drizzle.
Ingredients
- 150 g Artisan Turkey Breast
- 150 g Italian Deli Meat (salami, prosciutto)
- 4 slices Sliced Cheese (provolone, mozzarella)
- 8 large leaves Large Lettuce Leaves (romaine, butter lettuce)
- 2 tbsp Pesto
- 1/2 cup Mini Cucumbers (thinly sliced)
- 1/2 cup Cherry Tomatoes (halved)
Instructions
- Wash and dry the lettuce leaves thoroughly.
- Arrange lettuce leaves on a plate.
- Fill each lettuce leaf with sliced deli meats and cheeses. Add cucumber slices and cherry tomato halves.
- Drizzle with pesto.
- Serve immediately.
