A savory breakfast sandwich with eggs, cheese, and English Muffin.
Ingredients
- 1 English Muffins
- 2 Large Eggs
- 1 slice Thick Cut Bacon
- 1 slice Natural Cheese Slices
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black Pepper
Instructions
- Toast the English muffin.
- Cook bacon until crispy.
- Cook the eggs to your liking (scrambled or fried). Season with salt and pepper.
- Place cheese on one half of the muffin, top with bacon and the cooked eggs.
- Cover with the other half of the muffin and enjoy!
