Ingredients
- 1 medium Avocado
- 50 g Dark Chocolate (85% cacao or higher)
- 2 tbsp Almond Milk
- 1-2 tbsp Stevia or Erythritol
- 1/4 cup Raspberries
- 1/4 tsp Espresso Powder
- 1 tsp Cocoa Powder
Instructions
- Melt the dark chocolate in the microwave or over a double boiler.
- In a food processor, combine avocado, melted chocolate, almond milk, sweetener, and espresso powder.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Divide mousse into serving dishes and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Top with fresh raspberries and a sprinkle of cocoa powder before serving.
