  2. In a food processor, combine avocado, almond milk, sweetener, vanilla extract, and instant coffee powder.
  3. Blend until completely smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.
  4. Pour in the melted chocolate and blend again until well combined and the mixture is uniform in color.
  5. Taste and adjust sweetness if necessary.
  6. Spoon the mousse into cups and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the mousse to set.
  7. Top with keto-friendly whipped cream before serving.
