  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Grease four small ramekins with olive oil.
  3. Place 1 tbsp of softened cream cheese product into each ramekin.
  4. Crack one egg into each ramekin.
  5. Sprinkle each with 2 tsp Italian herbs, a pinch of garlic powder, and pepper.
  6. Bake for 17-22 minutes, or until eggs are set to your liking. Check doneness by gently shaking ramekin.
  7. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
  8. Serve immediately.
