Italian Herb and Cheese Baked Eggs
Individual ramekins filled with eggs, Italian herbs, and cheese, baked to perfection with enhanced flavors for a low-carb, low-sodium breakfast.
Ingredients
- 4 tbsp, softened Cream Cheese Product
- 4 large Eggs
- 1 tbsp, divided Dried Italian Herbs
- 1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
- 2 tbsp chopped, for garnish Fresh Parsley
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Grease four small ramekins with olive oil.
- Place 1 tbsp of softened cream cheese product into each ramekin.
- Crack one egg into each ramekin.
- Sprinkle each with 2 tsp Italian herbs, a pinch of garlic powder, and pepper.
- Bake for 17-22 minutes, or until eggs are set to your liking. Check doneness by gently shaking ramekin.
- Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
- Serve immediately.
