Fruit and Yogurt Parfait
Delicious and healthy parfait with yogurt and fruit.
Ingredients
- 1 cup Greek Yogurt
- 1/2 medium, diced Apples
- 1/2 cup, sliced Strawberries
- 1/4 cup Granola (low sugar)
- Few leaves Mint Leaves
Instructions
- In a glass, layer Greek Yogurt, diced Apples, sliced Strawberries, and Granola.
- Repeat layers.
- Garnish with Mint Leaves.
- Enjoy immediately.
