Miso Glazed Salmon with Bok Choy
Ingredients
- 2 fillets (160g each) Wild Pink Salmon
- 2 tbsp Organic Miso
- 1 bunch, chopped Bok Choy
- 1 tbsp Rice Vinegar
- 1 clove, minced Garlic
- 1 tsp, grated Ginger
- 1 tsp Sesame Oil
- 1 tsp Honey
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a small bowl, whisk together miso paste, rice vinegar, garlic, ginger, sesame oil, and honey to create the glaze.
- Place salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Brush the miso glaze generously over the salmon fillets.
- Arrange chopped bok choy around the salmon.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork, and bok choy is tender.
- Serve immediately.
