- 3 tbsp Heavy Cream
- 1 tbsp Cooking Oil
- 1/4 tsp Kasuri Methi (Dried Fenugreek Leaves)
- 1/2 tsp Lemon Juice
Instructions
- Cube the paneer into bite-sized pieces. Marinate in a mixture of ginger-garlic paste, turmeric, and a pinch of salt for 10 minutes.

- In the same pan, add the remaining oil and sauté finely chopped onions until golden brown.
- Add the remaining ginger-garlic paste and sauté for a minute.
- Stir in tomato paste, garam masala, turmeric powder, and Kashmiri chili powder. Cook for 3-4 minutes until the spices release their aroma.
- Add a splash of water to prevent the spices from burning.
- Gently add the pan-fried paneer cubes and mix to coat them with the masala.
- Pour in heavy cream and simmer for 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the sauce thickens.
- Crush the Kasuri Methi between your palms and sprinkle over the curry. Stir well.
- Finish with a squeeze of lemon juice for brightness.
- Meanwhile, cook rice according to package instructions.
- Serve the Paneer Tikka Masala hot with a side of cooked rice.
