  1. Cook pasta according to package directions until al dente. Drain and rinse with cold water to stop cooking; this prevents a mushy salad.
  2. While pasta cooks, prepare the dressing. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, rice vinegar, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. In a large bowl, combine cooked pasta, Divina Jarred Olives, bell peppers, spinach, avocado and feta cheese.
  4. Pour dressing over pasta salad and gently toss to coat.
  5. Stir in fresh parsley just before serving for added freshness.
  6. Serve immediately or chill for later. Chilling allows flavors to meld.
  7. Note: Taste and adjust seasonings as needed. Consider adding a pinch of red pepper flakes for a little heat.
