Greek Pasta Salad with Feta and Olives

- Cook pasta according to package directions until al dente. Drain and rinse with cold water to stop cooking; this prevents a mushy salad.
- While pasta cooks, prepare the dressing. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, rice vinegar, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- In a large bowl, combine cooked pasta, Divina Jarred Olives, bell peppers, spinach, avocado and feta cheese.
- Pour dressing over pasta salad and gently toss to coat.
- Stir in fresh parsley just before serving for added freshness.
- Serve immediately or chill for later. Chilling allows flavors to meld.
