Seaweed Snack Rice Bowl
Ingredients
- 2 packages (20g) Organic Seaweed Snacks
- 1 can (160g) Wild Pink Salmon
- 2 cups Cooked Rice (brown or white)
- 1/2, sliced Avocado
- 1/4, sliced Cucumber
- 1 tsp Sesame Oil
- 1 tbsp Rice Vinegar
- 1 tsp Low Sodium Soy Sauce
Instructions
- Prepare cooked rice according to instructions.
- In a bowl, mix rice with sesame oil, rice vinegar, and soy sauce.
- Flake wild pink salmon into the rice.
- Arrange sliced avocado and cucumber on top of the rice.
- Crumble seaweed snacks over the bowl.
- Serve immediately.
