  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  2. Cook pasta according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  3. Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  4. Add pasta sauce, dried oregano, and red pepper flakes (if using). Simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. In a large bowl, combine cooked pasta with the tomato sauce mixture, spinach, and ricotta cheese. Mix well.
  6. Pour the pasta mixture into the prepared baking dish. Top evenly with shredded cheese and grated Parmesan cheese.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbly. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
