Cottage Cheese and Berry Parfaits
A quick and healthy snack with layers of cottage cheese, mixed berries, and a hint of lemon.
Ingredients
- 1.5 cups Cottage cheese
- 1.5 cups Fresh Berries Mix
- 1/3 cup Granola
- 1/2 tsp Lemon zest
- 1 tbsp Honey
Instructions
- In a glass or bowl, layer cottage cheese, berries, and granola.
- Sprinkle lemon zest between the layers.
- Drizzle honey over the top for added sweetness.
- Repeat layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with berries and a drizzle of honey.
- Serve immediately or chill for later.
