Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix almond flour, 2 tbsp of sugar, 1 egg yolk, and almond extract.
  3. Roll out puff pastry and cut into circles.
  4. Place circles into tartlet pans.
  5. Spread almond cream filling into tartlet pans.
  6. Peel and slice clementines.
  7. Arrange clementine slices in tartlet pans. Dot with butter
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.
