Chocolatey Kiss Peanut Butter Cookies
Chocolate Kisses atop peanut butter cookies are perfect for a party.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Peanut Butter
- 1 1/4 cups All-Purpose Flour
- 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 12 kisses Milk Chocolate Bars
- 1/4 cup, softened Unsalted Butter
- 1/4 cup Granulated Sugar
- 1/4 cup Brown Sugar, packed
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, cream together softened butter, peanut butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
- Beat in the egg and vanilla extract until well combined.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
- Roll the dough into 1-inch balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and immediately press a chocolate Kiss into the center of each cookie.
- Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
