Chicken Tikka Masala Wraps
A fusion of Indian flavors in a convenient wrap featuring marinated chicken, creamy tikka masala sauce, and fresh toppings.
Ingredients
- 600 g Marinated Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast
- 1/2 bottle (about 175ml) Sauce
- 6 7" Tortillas
- 1/2 cup Sour Cream
- 1/4 cup, chopped Cilantro
- 1, cut into wedges Lime
- 1/4 cup, thinly sliced Red onion
- 1/2 tsp Garam masala
Instructions
- If the chicken isn't already diced, dice the marinated chicken into bite-sized pieces.
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken and cook until fully cooked, about 8-10 minutes. If using bone-in thighs, remove the bones and chop into smaller pieces after cooking
- Sprinkle garam masala over chicken. Stir in the sauce and simmer for another 5 minutes to heat through and allow flavors to meld.
- Warm the tortillas according to package instructions or in a dry skillet over medium heat for a few seconds per side.
- Fill each tortilla with chicken tikka masala, sour cream, cilantro, red onion and a squeeze of lime juice.
- Fold and serve immediately with a lime wedge.
