  1. If the chicken isn't already diced, dice the marinated chicken into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken and cook until fully cooked, about 8-10 minutes. If using bone-in thighs, remove the bones and chop into smaller pieces after cooking
  3. Sprinkle garam masala over chicken. Stir in the sauce and simmer for another 5 minutes to heat through and allow flavors to meld.
  4. Warm the tortillas according to package instructions or in a dry skillet over medium heat for a few seconds per side.
  5. Fill each tortilla with chicken tikka masala, sour cream, cilantro, red onion and a squeeze of lime juice.
  6. Fold and serve immediately with a lime wedge.
