Ingredients
- 500 g Ground Beef
- 2, diced Bell Pepper
- 1, diced Onion
- 6 Tortillas
- 1 cup Salsa
- 2 tbsp Taco Seasoning (low sodium)
- 1/2 tsp Cumin
- 1/2 tsp Chili Powder

Instructions
- In a large skillet over medium-high heat, brown ground beef, breaking it up with a spoon. Drain any excess fat.
- Add diced bell pepper and onion to the skillet and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
- Stir in taco seasoning, cumin, and chili powder. Cook for another 2-3 minutes, allowing the spices to bloom.
