Autumn Harvest French Toast

Ingredients
- 3 Large Eggs
- 1/2 cup Milk

Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk eggs, milk, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and nutmeg for enhanced flavor.
- Dip each slice of bread into the egg mixture, ensuring both sides are coated evenly.
- Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat.
- Cook the bread slices for 2-3 minutes per side, until golden brown and cooked through.
- In the same skillet, sauté sliced apples with a pinch of cinnamon until tender and slightly caramelized.
- Serve French toast topped with sautéed apples and a generous drizzle of maple syrup.
