Cauliflower & Sausage Rice Bowl
A hearty and flavorful rice bowl featuring cauliflower and sausage, simmered in rich tomato sauce with a hint of smoked paprika.
Ingredients
- 6 RedHot wieners
- 1/2 head, chopped Large Cauliflower
- 1 jar Pasta Sauce
- 3 cups Cooked rice
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 1/2 medium, diced Onion
- 2 cloves, minced Garlic
- 1/2 tsp Smoked paprika
- to taste Salt and pepper
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet or pot over medium heat.
- Add diced onion and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
- Add minced garlic and cook for another minute until fragrant.
- Add chopped cauliflower and sliced sausage. Cook until cauliflower is slightly tender and sausage is browned.
- Stir in smoked paprika.
- Pour in the pasta sauce and bring to a simmer.
- Stir in cooked rice and mix well.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Cover and simmer for 10 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
- Serve hot.
