  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet or pot over medium heat.
  2. Add diced onion and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
  3. Add minced garlic and cook for another minute until fragrant.
  4. Add chopped cauliflower and sliced sausage. Cook until cauliflower is slightly tender and sausage is browned.
  5. Stir in smoked paprika.
  6. Pour in the pasta sauce and bring to a simmer.
  7. Stir in cooked rice and mix well.
  8. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  9. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
  10. Serve hot.
