Carrot Cake Mug with Cream Cheese Drizzle

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup, finely grated Carrot
- 4 tbsp All-Purpose Flour
- 3 tbsp Sugar Icing, Brown or Yellow
- 3 tbsp Milk
- 1 tbsp Vegetable Oil
- 1/4 tsp Ground Cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp Baking Powder
- 1 oz Cream Cheese
- 1 tbsp Powdered Sugar
Instructions
- In a large mug, combine flour, sugar, cinnamon, and baking powder.
- Add finely grated carrot, milk, and vegetable oil. Mix well until smooth.
- Microwave on high for 60-90 seconds, or until cake is cooked through. Cooking times may vary based on microwave wattage.
- While the mug cake cools slightly, prepare the cream cheese drizzle. In a small bowl, combine cream cheese and powdered sugar. Mix until smooth and creamy.
- Drizzle the cream cheese mixture over the warm mug cake. Enjoy immediately.
