Canadian Poutine Nachos
French fries topped with cheese curds, gravy, and a sprinkle of crushed tortilla chips for a Canadian twist on nachos.
Ingredients
- 1 bag (650g) Fries
- 1 cup Cheese Curds
- 1 package Gravy Mix
- 1/2 cup crushed Tortilla Chips
- 2 tbsp Vegetable Oil
- 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Toss the fries with vegetable oil and black pepper, then spread in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden and crispy, flipping halfway through.
- While fries are cooking, prepare gravy according to package instructions.
- Once fries are cooked, place them on a serving platter.
- Top with cheese curds and pour gravy over the cheese curds and fries.
- Sprinkle crushed tortilla chips over the top for added flavor and crunch.
- Serve immediately.
