Canadian Bacon and Egg Sandwiches on Brioche
A satisfying breakfast sandwich featuring Canadian bacon, fried egg, and cheese on a toasted brioche bun.
Ingredients
- 3 Brioche Burger Buns
- 6 slices Naturally Smoked Bacon
- 3 Eggs
- 3 Cheddar cheese slices
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 1 tbsp Maple syrup
- 1/4 tsp Ground black pepper
Instructions
- Lightly brush the cut sides of the brioche buns with melted butter and toast in a pan or toaster until golden brown.
- Fry Canadian bacon slices in a pan until crisp. Remove and set aside.
- In the same pan, melt butter. Fry eggs to your liking. Season with ground black pepper.
- During the last minute of cooking, place cheddar cheese slices on top of the eggs to melt slightly.
- Drizzle the bacon with maple syrup.
- Assemble sandwiches: bottom bun, fried egg with cheese, Canadian bacon, top bun.
