Cadbury Stuffed French Toast
French toast stuffed with Cadbury chocolate and cream cheese, served with maple syrup and fresh raspberries.
Ingredients
- 6 slices Bread
- 2 tablespoons Brown Sugar
- 4 tablespoons Cream Cheese
- 3 Eggs
- 1/2 cup Milk
- 2 tablespoons Butter
- To serve Maple syrup
- To serve Raspberries
- 2 tablespoons Brown Sugar
- 1/2 cup Cadbury Mini Eggs
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
Instructions
- Whisk eggs and milk with brown sugar and vanilla extract.
- Mix cream cheese and brown sugar
- Spread cream cheese on three bread slices.
- Sprinkle with Mini Eggs
- Top with remaining bread slices to form sandwiches.
- Dip sandwiches in egg mixture, coating both sides.
- Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Cook sandwiches for 2-3 minutes per side, or until golden brown.
- Serve with maple syrup and fresh raspberries.
