Venison Breakfast Sausage Patties
Ingredients
- 500g Ground Venison
- 1 bag Organic Tea
- 1 tsp Sage
- 1 tsp Thyme
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
- 1 tbsp Brown Sugar
Instructions
- Steep one bag of organic tea in 1/4 cup of hot water for 5 minutes, then remove the tea bag.
- In a large bowl, combine ground venison, steeped tea, sage, thyme, salt, pepper, and brown sugar.
- Mix well until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
- Form the mixture into patties, about 1/2 inch thick.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat.
- Cook patties for 5-7 minutes per side, or until fully cooked.
- Serve hot with your favorite breakfast sides.
