Quick Chicken Thigh and Asparagus Salad

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Toss asparagus with 1 tbsp olive oil, salt, and pepper. Roast for 12-15 minutes until tender-crisp.
  3. While asparagus roasts, grill or pan-fry chicken thighs until cooked through, about 5-7 minutes per side. Let cool and slice.
  4. In a large bowl, combine the Romaine Hearts, Strong Roots Entrées, cooked asparagus, sliced chicken,Unico Beans, andKraft Salad Dressing.
  5. Toss gently and serve immediately.
