Venison Breakfast Sausage Patties
Ingredients
- 500g Ground Venison
- 250g Ground Pork
- 1 tbsp Sage
- 1 tsp Thyme
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
- 2 tbsp Maple Syrup
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine ground venison, ground pork, sage, thyme, salt, pepper, and maple syrup.
- Mix well until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.
- Form the mixture into patties, approximately 1/2 inch thick.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat.
- Cook patties for 5-7 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
- Serve with eggs and toast or as part of a breakfast sandwich.
