Broccoli & Beef Bulgogi Spaghetti
Spaghetti with a Korean twist featuring thinly sliced beef and broccoli in a sweet and savory bulgogi sauce.
Ingredients
- 300g Spaghetti Noodles
- 450g Lean Ground Beef
- 1.5 cup Broccoli Florets
- 1 tbsp Organic Cane Sugar
- 2 tbsp Tamari
- 1 tsp Sesame Oil
- 2 cloves, minced Garlic
- 1 tsp, minced Ginger
- 1 tbsp Gochujang paste
- 2, thinly sliced Green Onions
- to taste Black Pepper
Instructions
- Cook spaghetti according to package directions until al dente, then drain and set aside.
- In a bowl, mix lean ground beef with cane sugar, tamari, sesame oil, minced garlic, minced ginger, gochujang paste, and black pepper.
- Heat a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add the beef mixture and stir-fry until browned and cooked through.
- Add broccoli florets and a splash of water; cover and steam until tender-crisp, about 3-5 minutes.
- Toss the cooked spaghetti with the beef and broccoli mixture until well combined.
- Garnish with thinly sliced green onions.
- Serve immediately.
