  1. Cook spaghetti according to package directions until al dente, then drain and set aside.
  2. In a bowl, mix lean ground beef with cane sugar, tamari, sesame oil, minced garlic, minced ginger, gochujang paste, and black pepper.
  3. Heat a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  4. Add the beef mixture and stir-fry until browned and cooked through.
  5. Add broccoli florets and a splash of water; cover and steam until tender-crisp, about 3-5 minutes.
  6. Toss the cooked spaghetti with the beef and broccoli mixture until well combined.
  7. Garnish with thinly sliced green onions.
  8. Serve immediately.
