Bacon and Egg White Omelette with Organic Herbs
Ingredients
- 2 slice Western Family Thick Cut Bacon
- 3 egg whites Large Eggs
- 1 slice Cheese Slices
- 1 tsp Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 tsp chopped Compliments Organic Herbs
- 1/4 cup Unico Tomatoes, Chickpeas, Lentils or Beans
Instructions
- Cook bacon until crisp. Crumble and set aside.
- In a bowl, whisk egg whites with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Pour in egg whites and cook until set.
- Sprinkle crumbled bacon, cheese slices, Unico Tomatoes, Chickpeas, Lentils or Beans, and organic herbs over one half of the omelette.
- Fold the other half over the filling and cook for another minute. Slide onto a plate and serve.
