Bacon and Egg White Omelette with Organic Herbs

Instructions

  1. Cook bacon until crisp. Crumble and set aside.
  2. In a bowl, whisk egg whites with salt and pepper.
  3. Heat olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Pour in egg whites and cook until set.
  4. Sprinkle crumbled bacon, cheese slices, Unico Tomatoes, Chickpeas, Lentils or Beans, and organic herbs over one half of the omelette.
  5. Fold the other half over the filling and cook for another minute. Slide onto a plate and serve.
