Berry Bliss Yogurt Parfaits
A layered parfait with creamy yogurt, crunchy granola, and juicy berries, elevated with a hint of citrus and vanilla.
Ingredients
- 1.5 cups Yogurt
- 1 cup fresh Blackberries
- 1 cup Granola
- 1 cup fresh Blueberries
- 1/4 tsp Lemon zest
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix yogurt with lemon zest and vanilla extract.
- In each glass, layer yogurt mixture, granola, blackberries, and blueberries.
- Repeat layers until the glass is full, finishing with a sprinkle of extra berries and a drizzle of honey if desired.
- Serve immediately or chill for a refreshing treat.
