Beef and Bean Burrito Fiesta
A hearty burrito filled with seasoned ground beef, refried beans, rice, and your favorite toppings.
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 lb Ground Beef
- 2 tbsp Taco Seasoning
- 1.5 cups Cooked Rice
- 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 1 cup Salsa
- 1/2 cup Sour Cream
- 3 large Tortillas
- 1 can Refried Beans
- 1 tsp Chili Powder
- 1/2 tsp Cumin
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it up with a spoon. Drain any excess grease.
- Stir in taco seasoning, chili powder, and cumin. Add 1/4 cup water and cook for another 5 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld.
- Warm the refried beans in a separate saucepan or microwave.
- Heat tortillas according to package directions, or warm them in a dry skillet for about 30 seconds per side.
- Assemble burritos by layering rice, seasoned ground beef, refried beans, cheese, and salsa on each tortilla.
- Fold in the sides and roll up tightly. Serve immediately with sour cream on the side.
