Ground Beef & Sausage Breakfast Scramble
A hearty and protein-packed breakfast scramble using ground beef, sausage, and eggs.
Ingredients
- 250g Ground Beef
- 150g Sausage
- 6 Eggs
- 1/2 medium Onion
- 1/2 medium Bell pepper
- 1/2 cup Shredded cheese
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black pepper
- 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp Paprika
Instructions
- Dice onion and bell pepper.
- Brown ground beef and sausage in a skillet over medium heat. Drain excess fat. Ensure the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
- Add diced onion and bell pepper to the skillet and cook until softened.
- Whisk eggs in a bowl and pour over the meat and vegetables.
- Scramble until eggs are cooked through. Ensure the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
- Stir in shredded cheese and season with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika to taste.
- Serve immediately.
