- 2 oz, thinly sliced (cannot be replaced) Brie Cheese
- 1 tsp, optional (cannot be replaced) Honey
- Pinch (essential to balance sweetness) Sea Salt Flakes
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Slice croissant in half horizontally. (Improvement: Using a serrated knife ensures a clean cut without squashing the croissant.)
- Spread peanut butter evenly on both halves of the croissant.
- Arrange apple slices and Brie cheese on top of the peanut butter on one half of the croissant.
- Drizzle with honey (if using) and sprinkle with sea salt flakes.
