High Protein Oatmeal with Protein Powder and Nuts
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup COMPLIMENTS Quick Oats
- 1/2 cup Prepared Fresh Daily Regular or Tropical Fruit Salad
- 1/4 cup Peanuts Selected
- 1/4 cup (egg whites) Western Family Large White Eggs
- 1 scoop Protein Powder
Instructions
- Cook the oats as per package instructions, using water or milk.
- Stir in protein powder until well combined.
- Mix egg whites and stir into the oatmeal.
- Top with chopped mixed nuts and mixed fruit salad.
- Optional: Add a drizzle of honey or maple syrup for sweetness.
