Baked Pears with Ricotta & Honey
Sweet baked pears filled with creamy ricotta cheese and drizzled with honey, a comforting dessert.
Ingredients
- 3, halved and cored Bartlett Pears
- 1/2 cup, whole milk Ricotta cheese
- 2 tbsp, plus extra for drizzling Honey
- 1/4 tsp Cinnamon
- 2 tbsp Chopped walnuts
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Place pear halves in a baking dish.
- In a small bowl, mix ricotta cheese with cinnamon and chopped walnuts.
- Fill each pear half with ricotta mixture.
- Drizzle with honey.
- Bake for 25 minutes, or until pears are tender and slightly caramelized.
