Baked Apples with Cinnamon and Oats
A simple and comforting dessert with baked apples, cinnamon, and a sprinkle of oats.
Ingredients
- 3 medium Apples
- 3 tbsp Quick Oats
- 3 tsp Butter
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 tbsp Brown Sugar
- 1 tsp Lemon Juice
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Core apples and place them in a baking dish.
- In a small bowl, combine oats, cinnamon, and brown sugar.
- Squeeze lemon juice into apples
- Fill each apple with oat mixture.
- Top each apple with a teaspoon of butter.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until apples are tender.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
