Ingredients

Instructions
- Start by blending the spinach and coconut water until smooth to avoid leafy chunks.
- Add the yogurt, mango, pineapple, lime juice, ginger, flaxseed meal, and banana chips. Blend until completely smooth. If the mixture is too thick, add a little more coconut water or water.
- Taste and adjust sweetness or tanginess. If needed, add a touch of honey or more lime juice to balance the flavors.
- Pour into a glass and serve immediately. Consider garnishing with a wedge of pineapple or a sprinkle of shredded coconut.
- Chain-of-thought: The original recipe was a bit basic. Increasing the spinach provides more nutrients without significantly affecting the flavor when blended well. Adding fresh ginger gives a slight spicy kick and enhances the tropical notes. Flaxseed meal boosts the nutritional content and improves texture. Starting with blending spinach and coconut water prevents leafy chunks. Lime juice cannot be substituted.
