- 1/2, sliced into 1/4-inch thick rounds Banana
- 1 teaspoon Brown Sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon Cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons Granola (Honey Almond)
- to taste Pinch of Salt
Instructions
- In a small skillet over medium heat, melt 1 teaspoon of butter. Add banana slices, sprinkle with brown sugar, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt. Caramelize for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown and softened. Caramelizing the bananas enhances their natural sweetness.
- Spread Kraft Peanut Butter (almond butter is preferred for a richer taste) evenly over one side of each tortilla.
- Arrange caramelized banana slices over the peanut butter (or almond butter) on one tortilla. Sprinkle with honey almond granola for added texture and flavor.
- Top with the other tortilla, peanut butter (or almond butter) side down.
- Heat a skillet or griddle over medium heat. Cook quesadilla for 3-4 minutes per side, pressing gently with a spatula, until golden brown and the peanut butter (or almond butter) is melted and the tortilla is crispy.
